I'm my own drill sergeant


I have to be hard on myself to make myself get busy. I'm so tired of being fat. I can't breathe, I'm always tired and I have to hold my breath when I bend down to tie my shoes! I hate it.


I slacked on my diet....(hello, I made baked spaghetti and rolls for dinner!) and I skipped the gym for four days straight.

Today was our first weigh-in for The Biggest Loser at work. My team and I weighed in....and I was in at 166.7 pounds. So yeah, I've not gained or lost since I weighed the first of the month. I'm such a loser.
The advice of a dear friend was to go on a strict soup and salad diet for about 2 months to retrain myself on portion control. So I'm thinking about making that cabbage soup (it's a diet that went around a long time ago and it's actually very tasty) and going for salads and soup for a while. We'll see if I actually follow through with it.
Also, I'm going to look for a yoga class down here. I've heard great things about that. If you know of a place, let me know.
